A Touch of Class

What happens when students drop out of school? The answer seems clear, but do your students really know? In this interactive program, students will be challenged to think about possible consequences without a higher education. Students will also learn strategies of how succeed no matter your circumstances.

Perfect for: Resident Life Training, Service Learning Programs, College Preparation Programs, Black History Month Programs

Me, Myself, and Identity

It’s not just about embracing differences, but embracing our own identity. Can an individual make meaning of the terms “diversity” “social justice” or “multiculturalism” when they are still discovering who they are? Learning to recognize and acknowledge your preconceived notions, instilled biases, and incorrect prejudices is an ongoing process. To do so, we must first examine ourselves. This interactive program will explore personal identity, privilege, oppression, and how to connect with others even when you don’t think you have anything in common.

Perfect for: Residence Life Training, Student Leadership Conference, Black History Month Programs
